Service Terms

These terms govern your use of UDO E-GADGETS and the purchase of products through our platform. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Orders & Purchases

By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
UDO E-GADGETS reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

We accept payments via Paystack, which supports debit/credit cards and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement. We do not offer instalment plans unless explicitly stated at checkout.
In the event of a failed transaction, no funds will be charged. If a duplicate charge occurs, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days nationwide, depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference to monitor your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. UDO E-GADGETS is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products that are damaged, tampered with, or missing original accessories are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective products within the warranty period are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

All products sold by UDO E-GADGETS come with a standard manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year) covering factory defects. This does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
UDO E-GADGETS is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of UDO E-GADGETS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of our website or servers.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
